How do I add sub-ingredients to an item I purchase?
Purchased products often consist of ingredients that need to be shown on Nutrition Labels as well as the other Ingredients in a Recipe. Learn how to add these sub-ingredients to Nutrition Labels in Galley!
Galley allows you to list the sub-ingredients of your purchased items via a vendor item's "Ingredient List." These ingredients will appear on your nutrition labels.
To access a given Vendor Item's Ingredient List, navigate to the Vendor Item's page. This can be done by visiting the 'Vendors' catalog, or by going to the 'Vendor Items' section for the associated ingredient.
Once on the Vendor Item's page, find the Ingredient List text box. Then either paste the Vendor Item's ingredient list into the text box or manually type it in.
The items listed will then appear in your nutrition labels surrounded by brackets [ ].
Whenever Vendor Items sub-ingredient lists will now always flow into Nutrition Labels when the associated ingredient is included in Recipes.
