Does Galley work if my ingredients are measured in different units?

Galley will automatically convert between compatible units of measurement. As long as a universal unit of measurement is used (weight or volume) Galley will automatically calculate the conversion for you (e.g., 1 cup = 16 tbsp, 1 kg = 2.2 lb, etc.)

*Note that a Density Conversion must be applied to an ingredient if you want to convert units of measurement between volume and weight (e.g. cups & lbs). To do this, simply link the ingredient to its USDA Database or manually input the ingredient’s density conversion.
