Where does Galley pull nutritional values from?

Galley pulls nutritional values from several USDA food composition databases. These values are only assigned to an ingredient or vendor item when that item is linked to a USDA ingredient by you or another user in your account. The USDA ingredients available in Galley are primarily from the Survey Foods (FNDDS) and the SR Legacy datasets. Galley refreshes its data from the USDA weekly.

Or you can add in Nutritional Values manually by visiting the Nutrition tab in Ingredients or Vendor Items and entering those values.
