Where does this apply?
Whenever you are entering data in Galley, from Vendor Item Importers, Menu Importers, Invoices, etc, you may have different ways to spell the same unit. For example, you can have "litters," "litter," "L," and "l," all of which mean the same unit.
Galley has a standard list of units and possible aliases to support that. Check them in the sections below.
