By the end of this course, you'll know everything that's necessary to set up your recipe catalog and calculate recipe costs.

This course walks through the Galley 7C’s one C at a time. Each C will include a quick lesson and a tutorial. The Galley 7C's course really packs a lot of information in, and it's designed as a series of mini-courses.

Who should take this course?

This course was created for all Galley users. Even if you are accessing Galley as a Read-Only user, it is important to understand the Galley basics and all the good work that goes into building out a Galley account.

When should I take this course?

There are multiple times that it is appropriate to take this course. Take it before you dive into your Galley account for the first time. Even after you have gotten comfortable working in Galley, this is a great course to return to every now and then. It is filled with tips and workflows that will help you to make the most of your Galley experience.
