Hey folks,

We’ve just rolled out an important update to the Reporting module to bring you enhanced performance and new features. To ensure you’re seeing the latest version and everything runs smoothly, we kindly ask you to clear your browser cache or force-refresh the page.

Here’s how to do that, depending on your browser and operating system:


🔄 Force Refresh the Page (Recommended)

Sometimes, a quick hard refresh is enough:

  • Google Chrome

    • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + R or Ctrl + F5

    • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

  • Mozilla Firefox

    • Windows: Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R

    • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

  • Microsoft Edge

    • Windows: Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + Shift + R

    • Mac: Cmd + Shift + R

  • Safari (Mac only)

    • Cmd + Option + R


🧹 Clear Cache Manually (If Issues Persist)

If force-refreshing doesn't work, here’s how to clear the cache:

Google Chrome

  • Windows:

    1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete

    2. Select "Cached images and files"

    3. Click "Clear data"

  • Mac:

    1. Press Cmd + Shift + Delete

    2. Select "Cached images and files"

    3. Click "Clear data"

Mozilla Firefox

  • Windows / Mac:

    1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + Delete (Mac)

    2. Select "Cache"

    3. Click "Clear now"

Microsoft Edge

  • Windows:

    1. Press Ctrl + Shift + Delete

    2. Choose "Cached images and files"

    3. Click "Clear now"

  • Mac:

    1. Press Cmd + Shift + Delete

    2. Choose "Cached images and files"

    3. Click "Clear now"

Safari (Mac only)

  1. Click Safari > Preferences > Privacy

  2. Click "Manage Website Data..."

  3. Click "Remove All", then confirm
