How can I tag vendor items with categories?

Categories can be created and assigned to vendor items either individually or in bulk

Tagging an individual item

From the vendor item's page, click on the category tag button, then select the category and value.

Bulk tagging vendor items

Navigate to the Vendors page and select the vendor with the items you'd like to tag.
Select the items you would like to tag. To select all items, click on the button to the left of the Name category header. Click on the bulk tag item then choose the category and value.
