      Does Galley have options for different units of measurement? (e.g.imperial, metric, etc.)

      Galley allows you to choose any type of unit or to create your own custom unit (i.e. hotel pan, cambro, etc). Also, Galley can automatically convert from one system's standard units to another system's standard units (e.g., an imperial unit (lb) to a metric unit (kg).

      Standard Units (Imperial)

      • Weight: gram, ounce, pound

      • Volume: fluid ounce, teaspoon, tablespoon, cup, pint, quart, gallon

      Metric Units

      • Weight: grams, kilograms

      • Volume: mililiter, liters
