Applying HACCP rules to recipes

Galley allows you to add Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) rules to your recipes.

NOTE: This feature requires that your organization has the following functionality enabled: HACCP

If you do not have access to this feature and would like to, please contact the Galley support team or your Customer Success Manager.

Galley allows you to add Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) rules to your recipes. These HACCP rules can then be available in your recipe production packets and via the Galley API. 

To access your HACCP rules, navigate to the Recipes Catalog and click "View HACCP Rules".

To add another HACCP rule, click the "+". Then, fill in the rule's title and description.

You will then be able to link your new HACCP rule to recipes via the HACCP Rules dropdown from a recipe's page. The linked HACCP rule appears in the given recipe's printout.
