Product Release Note - Menu Plan History

When multiple people are working on the same menu plan, it can be hard to tell who changed what and when. The new History panel gives you a clear, scrollable log of every modification—so nothing falls through the cracks.

See who changed what, and when

Every addition, edit, and deletion is recorded with the user's name, email, and timestamp. Changes are grouped by action so you can quickly scan what happened.

Before-and-after diffs for every field

Expand any entry to see exactly which fields changed—quantities, units, headcount, notes—with the previous and updated values side by side.

Covers items, events, and groups

History tracks changes across your entire plan—event items, events, event groups, and item groups—with color-coded badges for creates, updates, and deletes.

How to access: Open any menu plan, then click the History button in the top-right header. The log opens as a side panel—no need to leave the page.
