7 C's: Completion

Galley account completion is defined by you and your team.

These are some of the questions that you'll want to ask as you build out your Galley account:

  • What do we count as a complete recipe?
  • Does a complete recipe include a procedure?
  • Is a complete recipe fully costed?
  • Do we want to add photos to our recipes?
  • Do we need to define a serving size for our recipe?
  • What do we count as a complete ingredient?
  • Do all of our ingredients need to have associated vendor items?
  • Do we want to layer in dietary flags/allergen information?
  • Will it be valuable for us to create the storage area category?
  • What other categories will be valuable?

The error reports in Galley will let you know when things like critical conversions are missing, however it is up to you and your team to add the information that you have internally agreed will make your Galley account complete. Your Galley Customer Success Manager of course will help to facilitate those conversations.
